Conditions of return

Because of the high cost of shipping these items, we do not accept any refunds or exchanges. 

We will only refund your purchase if the item arrives broken and damaged. In order to complete a refund for a damaged product, you must provide pictures of the damaged product along with photos of the box it was shipped in.

If your product is damaged or faulty, contact me within 14 days of receiving it.
